Orders and Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 days of shipping.
To create an account, click the “My Account” icon at the top of the screen.
Enter your email address under the Register section and click the “Register” button.
You can check your order status online by visiting the “Order Status” page. You’ll need your order number and shipping ZIP code to use this service.
If you have an account with us (didn’t checkout as a guest), you can view your Order History to view all previous orders. If you checked out as a guest, please use the “Order Status” page mentioned above.
If not, you can also contact Customer Service and ask us to check your order status.
No. We will not keep your credit card information on file.
We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to Texas only.
If you reside in the USA and are a tax-exempt entity, you can request tax exemption when creating an account. You must upload a valid proof of exemption document for our records to be exempt. If you already have an account with us, you can log in and click here to apply for exemption.
We only ship to U.S. Territories, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Customers may return items to Evron at their own expense for a refund or credit (minus shipping and handling). However, there are certain restrictions apply:
- Evron must approve returns.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
- There must not be any writing, pricing, or any other marks on the item or the package.
- The merchandise must be in the original packing, label, and carton.
- Any undamaged or refused merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and appropriated freight charges. Only returned merchandise will be accepted with a Return Authorization from Evron.
All claims of missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported to Evron’s claim department within 10 days of receipt. After 10-day period, Evron will not be responsible for claims.

Please email us your order number and the correct shipping address before we ship out your order.
You can change or cancel an order after you have submitted it as long as it has yet to be shipped out.
Currently, you can’t pre-order an item that is sold out.
